AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA) COMPLIANCE DEADLINE - OCT. 1, 2013

The ACA requires all employers that are subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to provide “Notice of Coverage Options” to employees by October 1, 2013.

Regardless of whether employees are full-time or part-time or whether they have or are eligible for benefits, you must comply with this notice requirement.
